Returns & Refund

Products once ordered cannot be returned. We encourage you to thoroughly go through the Sizing Chart before placing your order. If you are not sure about sizing, we have a dedicated Customer support team who will be available during working hours to answer your queries. We will accept Returns only if there are manufacturing defects. In order to ascertain the nature of the defect, Order numbers, and photographs will be requested. If a genuine case of manufacturing defect is found, we will fully refund the amount OR replace your product.

 

Cancellation by Site / Customer

You as a customer can cancel your order within 1 hour of Order confirmation by messaging our customer service OR writing an email to info@moonwalkr.com. In such a case we will refund any payments already made by you for the order as a Store Credit, which can be used on future purchases. If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders. We will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.
